RETURN POLICY

We hope you’re happy with your new Nikos purchase! However, if you’re unhappy you may return products purchased from us using our free return service without specifying the reason, within ten (10) days from receiving the products purchased on www.nikos-heritage.com. We are not able to accept any returns on any products that have been worn and are not in their ‘original’ condition.
 

Return Instructions:

E-mail customercare@nikos-heritage.com  to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). Please include the Order Number, the Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned. Please send the return with the courier indicated in the email sent by Nikos. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the AirWay Bill as per the instructions in the R.A.N. E-mail.
